For added peace of mind, the dealer may offer optional service contracts at an additional cost. These service contracts are provided by independent third-party companies, not by the dealer. Coverage, terms, limitations, exclusions, deductibles, and claims procedures are governed solely by the service contract agreement.
The dealer is not responsible for repairs, approvals, denials, or claims made under any service contract. The purchase of a service contract is completely optional and not required to purchase a vehicle.
